Ismael Bartoleme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alfredo Salbatore might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Celestino Beltran. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alfredo Salbatore ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alfredo Salbatore in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Celestino Beltran prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Peto Chico getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Valentin Atarrabi hit a great ball. Edgard Mikelats showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aquiles Asteri, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Aquiles Asteri was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 40th minute. Peto Chico's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 44th minute, Tobias Pepillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Celestino Beltran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredo Salbatore in the 46th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alfredo Salbatore to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Silvestre Henrico notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Garabato FC's Edgard Mikelats. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Peto Chico fans cheered their team off the field, for while Garabato FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
