The tension between the Naunauco and the Super Felpa FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 2 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Naunauco! Victor Magdaleno placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lázaro Pio in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonatan Taurino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 9 minutes into the match, Naunauco's goal looked a bit too open when Leonardo Matxin came free, but Jonatan Taurino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Naunauco's zone, Lázaro Pio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonatan Taurino came out of the goal and Lázaro Pio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jonatan Taurino was out of position in the 12 minute of play, and Leonardo Matxin capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Leonardo Matxin really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Rene Fero's late challenge caught a Super Felpa FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rene Fero helped the player get up and apologised. Simon Mateo charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Simon Mateo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 27 played minutes Naunauco got a freekick which was hit by Simon Mateo. The supporters of Super Felpa FC booed when Naunauco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Curcio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 30th minute of the match Domingo Berdoi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Norberto Lia skillfully saved the ball. Lázaro Pios short, quick shot in the 35thth minute got Jonatan Taurino to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A hard shot 38 in the game by Lázaro Pio from a close distance when the talented Jonatan Taurino managed to make a qualified save. Naunauco's players were relieved. Jonatan Taurino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonardo Matxin in the 40th minute of the match. After 44 played minutes, Super Felpa FC's Victor Magdaleno shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jonatan Taurino came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Super Felpa FC reached it. Lázaro Pio charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lázaro Pio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 45th match minute, Super Felpa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lázaro Pio to maneuver through the defense. If Lázaro Pio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dionisio Frisco made a kick off. If Lázaro Pio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Simon Mateo got his second yellow card in the match during the 54th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. 57 minutes into the game, Bernardino Isaio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Super Felpa FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Naunauco the free kick. In the 59th minute, Dionisio Frisco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lázaro Pio in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonatan Taurino saved Naunauco from getting behind. Rene Fero hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. A collision led to Super Felpa FC getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Godofredo Gregory hit a great ball. Lázaro Pio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Super Felpa FC's Bernardino Isaio got his second yellow card of the match in the 76th minute. The referee ordered Bernardino Isaio off the ground. In the 86th minute, Leonardo Matxin made a precise shot to the right of Jonatan Taurino. Naunauco's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. After having played for 89 minutes, Lázaro Pio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Super Felpa FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lázaro Pio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Godofredo Gregory had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lázaro Pio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Jonatan Taurino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 97 minutes, Leonardo Matxin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Super Felpa FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leonardo Matxin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
