Osvaldo Vasco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiburcio Rocendo having to interfere. The supporters of Gardey booed when Gorgojo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Agustin Estavan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vladimiro Koldo struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Damaso Salvadore didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gardey. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clemente Endira in the 41st minute of play forced Gardey's goalkeeper Tiburcio Rocendo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 45 minutes into the game, Vladimiro Koldo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Damaso Salvadore. Vladimiro Koldo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vladimiro Koldo was the one to do the kick off. Pablo Raphael received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Rogelio Dodorol's late challenge caught a Gorgojo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rogelio Dodorol helped the player get up and apologised. 63 minutes into the game, one of Gardey:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. If Vladimiro Koldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Agustin Estavan kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Clemente Endira's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 75thth minute, Tiburcio Rocendo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 77th minute, Osvaldo Vasco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 78 minutes into the match, Gorgojo FC's Clemente Endira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tiburcio Rocendo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Nicasio Lando charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nicasio Lando the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 81st match minute, Gardey was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicasio Lando to maneuver through the defense. In the 92nd minute of the match Gorgojo FC got a corner. Gardey's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Domingo Nardo ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Domingo Nardo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tiburcio Rocendo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Vladimiro Koldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Agustin Estavan fell near the penalty area in the 97th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gorgojo FC's protests and gave Agustin Estavan a yellow card for diving instead. Agustin Estavan kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match.
