If Osvaldo Vasco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Clemente Endira in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Baldomero Tavio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Osvaldo Vasco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baldomero Tavio having to interfere. Clemente Endira's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Baldomero Tavio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. After 21 played minutes Los Galácticos F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Dubardo. Damaso Salvadore made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gregorio Sayvion in the 24th minute of play. Bernardino Ignado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Damaso Salvadore tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 34 minutes into the match, Osvaldo Vasco had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Baldomero Tavio. Los Galácticos F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Osvaldo Vasco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. 39 minutes into the match, Gregorio Sayvion dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Damaso Salvadore, 3-1. Gregorio Sayvion sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gorgojo FC's Damaso Salvadore played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gregorio Sayvion in the 48th minute of play.

In the 59th match minute, Los Galácticos F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isidoro Rencio to maneuver through the defense. 60 minutes into the match, Gorgojo FC's Domingo Nardo broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gregorio Sayvion in the 66th minute of play forced Gorgojo FC's goalkeeper Damaso Salvadore to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vinicio Valentine hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Damaso Salvadore showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardino Ignado, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. If Osvaldo Vasco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osvaldo Vasco in the 73rd minute of play forced Los Galácticos F.C.'s goalkeeper Baldomero Tavio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Damaso Salvadore showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gregorio Sayvion in the 75th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Gorgojo FC defense, Bernardino Ignado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Damaso Salvadore. The Gorgojo FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Damaso Salvadore should have stopped the shot. When Gregorio Sayvion got free in front of the goal in the 79th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Damaso Salvadore was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 80th match minute, Gorgojo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vinicio Valentine to maneuver through the defense. 83 minutes into the match, Los Galácticos F.C.'s Bernardino Ignado sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Damaso Salvadore narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Osvaldo Vasco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gorgojo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Osvaldo Vasco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baldomero Tavio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. For all the effort they put into the match, the Gorgojo FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Los Galácticos F.C..
