In the 5th minute, Saladillo FC's Cirilo Urdin dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcial Dacio got free with Elpidio Ler in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cayetano Eleazar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Lino Firme tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fabian Hanot in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lino Firme saved Saladillo FC from getting behind. When Jairo Marques fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ★Estrella★'s protests and gave Jairo Marques a yellow card for diving instead. After 23 played minutes ★Estrella★ got a freekick which was hit by Jairo Marques. Cirilo Urdin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Elpidio Ler came out and tried to block the shot, but Cirilo Urdin slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 24th minute. Lino Firme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacobo Mano in the 28th minute of play. After a rather tough play, ★Estrella★'s Marcial Demesio got a free kick in the 30th minute. Lino Firme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabian Hanot in the 33rd minute of play. After 35 minutes, Genaro Silvanito mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Saladillo FC and the ★Estrella★ players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of ★Estrella★ booed when Saladillo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Genaro Silvanito didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cirilo Urdin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Elpidio Ler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Marcial Dacio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Lino Firme tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Fabian Hanot managed to get in a good position for a shot. ★Estrella★'s supporters rose to their feet, but Fabian Hanot was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lino Firme breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lino Firme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabian Hanot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fabian Hanot struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Lino Firme didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ★Estrella★. ★Estrella★'s Elpidio Ler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcial Dacio in the 76th minute of play. In the 76th match minute, ★Estrella★ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jairo Marques to maneuver through the defense. Elpidio Ler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcial Dacio in the 79th minute of play. Cirilo Urdin struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Elpidio Ler didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Saladillo FC.
