Pablo Toro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Lino Firme tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Saladillo FC's Carolo Ixona got his second yellow card of the match in the 21st minute. The referee ordered Carolo Ixona off the ground. In the 22nd match minute, Saladillo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carolo Ixona to maneuver through the defense. Pablo Toro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lino Firme showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Jaime Argoitz's late challenge caught a Inter Miami's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marcial Dacio succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 44th playminute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Inter Miami's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Inter Miami's Pablo Toro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Lino Firme. That made the score 1-1 after 58 minutes of play. Lino Firme stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ariel Rik's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. Inter Miami's Pablo Toro got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pablo Toro succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 67th playminute. Saladillo FC's Lino Firme proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Saladillo FC from getting a goal against them. Inter Miami's Ariel Rik got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Angelo Asteri hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. In the 77th match minute, Inter Miami was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elias Erlantz to maneuver through the defense. If Pablo Toro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Inter Miami's Ariel Rik got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pablo Toro in the 88thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Lino Firme, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ariel Rik in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lino Firme saved Saladillo FC from getting behind. Ariel Rik was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 92nd minute. Inter Miami's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Lino Firme didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ariel Rik went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. The Saladillo FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Inter Miami were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
