After a defensive mix-up in Arsenal Football Club's zone, Victorino Arixo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Efrain Rocendo came out of the goal and Victorino Arixo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Paolo Duardo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Narciso Rudolfo, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Efrain Rocendo came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Team Benja 66's Edelmiro Tabor. But to his dismay, Edelmiro Tabor quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Fidel Steven kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jairo Buinton got free with Efrain Rocendo in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Narciso Rudolfo might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Paolo Duardo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Narciso Rudolfo ran back to his position shaking his head. Silvio Berdoi's late challenge caught a Team Benja 66's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Silvio Berdoi helped the player get up and apologised. Silvio Berdoi kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Efrain Rocendo was a little too slow when Edelmiro Tabor got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 28th minute. The score was now 2-0. Arsenio Honrio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Arsenal Football Club booed when Team Benja 66 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victorino Arixo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Siro Calvino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Efrain Rocendo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fidel Steven during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Fidel Steven hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edelmiro Tabor to strike the kick off in the second half. Paolo Duardo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arsenio Honrio in the 51st minute. Arsenal Football Club's Pascual Fiz got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Arsenal Football Club booed when Team Benja 66 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaime Menendo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arsenio Honrio might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Paolo Duardo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. In the 68th match minute, Arsenal Football Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ciro Truylos to maneuver through the defense. Team Benja 66's Jairo Buinton was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Efrain Rocendo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. If Narciso Rudolfo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edelmiro Tabor in the 94th minute of play forced Arsenal Football Club's goalkeeper Efrain Rocendo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arsenal Football Club's Silvio Berdoi got his second yellow card of the match in the 95th minute. The referee ordered Silvio Berdoi off the ground. In the 95th minute, Silvio Berdoi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arsenal Football Club's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
