The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Team Benja 66 getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Victorino Arixo hit a great ball. The supporters of NUR booed when Team Benja 66 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paolo Duardo was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Freddy Oriol. Gabriel Sanson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 29th minute Edelmiro Tabor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luisito Vistruario saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Edelmiro Tabor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Siro Calvino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Isaac Gartzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. NUR's Luisito Vistruario played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Siro Calvino in the 40th minute of play. In the 44th minute Isaac Gartzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paolo Duardo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paolo Duardo made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Gabriel Sanson sent off a good shot on target. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Isaac Gartzi to make the kick off. Luisito Vistruario didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Siro Calvino went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Luisito Vistruario showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edelmiro Tabor, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. After a rather tough play, NUR's Sebastian Txerran got a free kick in the 58th minute. 63 minutes into the match, Team Benja 66's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Sanson came free, but Paolo Duardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sebastian Txerran kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Edelmiro Tabor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 74 minutes in the game, Siro Calvino fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Luisito Vistruario having to interfere. Luisito Vistruario made an important save on a dangerous shot by Siro Calvino in the 76th minute. Siro Calvino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, NUR's Luisito Vistruario got control of the ball when Edelmiro Tabor tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to NUR getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Sebastian Txerran hit a great ball. The long shot by Jairo Buinton in the 90th minute really tested Luisito Vistruario's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Luisito Vistruario made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edelmiro Tabor in the 92nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Gabriel Sanson managed to get in a good position for a shot. NUR's supporters rose to their feet, but Gabriel Sanson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paolo Duardo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The NUR supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Team Benja 66's performance. The match ended with a win for Team Benja 66.
