Spectators: 7073 (Terracing: 5413, Seating: 1660, VIP seats: 0) Tocol's Armando Cloyo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Bartolo Lapurdi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ovidio Eutropio having to interfere. In the 9th minute, Bartolo Lapurdi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Camilo Polentzi managed to get in a good position for a shot. El Moderno's supporters rose to their feet, but Camilo Polentzi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ovidio Eutropio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 14 minutes into the match, Tocol's Armando Cloyo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Camilo Donzel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 37 minutes into the match, Tocol's goal looked a bit too open when Bartolo Lapurdi came free, but Ovidio Eutropio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ovidio Eutropio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bartolo Lapurdi, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Bartolo Lapurdi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tobias Dalmau kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. 43 minutes into the match, El Moderno's Rafael Demesio broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 44th minute, Tobias Dalmau hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Camilo Polentzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Ovidio Eutropio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Camilo Polentzi to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Tocol's Armando Cloyo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Camilo Donzel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armando Cloyo in the 53rd minute of play forced El Moderno's goalkeeper Camilo Donzel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to El Moderno getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Nunez Lastur hit a great ball. Armando Cloyo might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Camilo Donzel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Armando Cloyo ran back to his position shaking his head. If Camilo Polentzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 70th minute Bernardino Bieito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camilo Donzel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 72 minutes into the match, El Moderno's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardino Bieito came free, but Camilo Donzel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. El Moderno's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bartolo Lapurdi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 90th minute, Bernardino Bieito got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nunez Lastur charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nunez Lastur the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Tocol booed when El Moderno was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nunez Lastur didn't get a good kick on the ball. Armando Cloyo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camilo Donzel having to interfere.
