One of Capilla del Monte:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Tocol:s goal. A collision led to Capilla del Monte getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Elvio Raitin hit a great ball. Capilla del Monte's Teodoro Laurin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Capilla del Monte from getting a goal against them. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Capilla del Monte's goalkeeper Teodoro Laurin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bernardino Bieito got free with Teodoro Laurin in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mario Osasun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Tocol's Tobias Dalmau got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Teodoro Laurin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bernardino Bieito in the 27th minute. A collision led to Tocol getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Tobias Dalmau hit a great ball. After having played for 34 minutes, Mario Osasun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Capilla del Monte's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mario Osasun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tocol's goalkeeper Ovidio Eutropio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mario Osasun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 39th match minute, Tocol was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tobias Dalmau to maneuver through the defense. 41 minutes into the match, Capilla del Monte's goalkeeper Teodoro Laurin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bernardino Bieito. Iker Giraldo fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 47th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball bounced in the crossbar and then went out. It was a very nice shot.

60 minutes into the match, Capilla del Monte's goal looked a bit too open when Armando Cloyo came free, but Teodoro Laurin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernardino Bieito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Teodoro Laurin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 73rd minute, Anier Montel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tobias Dalmau was shown his second yellow card after 78 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. 80 minutes into the game, Mario Osasun recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ovidio Eutropio. Mario Osasun showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Mario Osasun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Elvio Raitin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mario Osasun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Ovidio Eutropio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Capilla del Monte were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
