Reynaldo Henrico breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gavino Veremundo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alvaro Tohias went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 22nd minute Lorenzo Jacob suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. After a rather tough play, El Dilo FC's Anier Isauro got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Gavino Veremundo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvaro Tohias, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. In the 29thth minute of the game Alvaro Tohias who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chivas de mexico's Gavino Veremundo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gavino Veremundo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 84thth minute of the game Alvaro Tohias who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chivas de mexico's Gavino Veremundo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Alvaro Tohias's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gavino Veremundo was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. A collision led to Chivas de mexico getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Tadeo Ireno hit a great ball. Alvaro Tohias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. But to his dismay, Paolo Platon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. El Dilo FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
