Spectators: 6654 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1654, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Anselmo Pelayo made the kick off which started today's match. After a defensive mix-up in Esperanza AFC's zone, Osvaldo Sendoa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gualterio Guillelmus came out of the goal and Osvaldo Sendoa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gualterio Guillelmus stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Osvaldo Sendoa's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Esperanza AFC's goalkeeper Gualterio Guillelmus, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gregorio's Osvaldo Sendoa got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Uriel Romo scored 1-0 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gualterio Guillelmus, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 16 minutes, Angel Iliana managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Esperanza AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Angel Iliana was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Uriel Romo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Osvaldo Sendoa came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Gregorio fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Osvaldo Sendoa couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Uriel Romo got free with Gualterio Guillelmus in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Esperanza AFC's Celedonio Horado got a free kick in the 24th minute. Gualterio Guillelmus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Uriel Romo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpected shot in the 31st minute by Uriel Romo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Gualterio Guillelmus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osvaldo Sendoa in the 32nd minute of play. Uriel Romo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Gualterio Guillelmus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gualterio Guillelmus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Osvaldo Sendoa, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. 36 minutes into the game, Gregorio's Osvaldo Sendoa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gualterio Guillelmus made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Osvaldo Sendoa to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Anselmo Pelayo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Constantino Polentzi, 3-1. Anselmo Pelayo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 91 minutes into the match, Gregorio's goalkeeper Constantino Polentzi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Angel Iliana. After having played for 95 minutes, Ramiro Cordarryl managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gregorio's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ramiro Cordarryl was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Gregorio fully deserved thier win.
