Spectators: 7223 (Terracing: 5419, Seating: 1661, VIP seats: 143) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Anselmo Pelayo started the match with the kick off. Esteve Oalo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gualterio Guillelmus read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. Angel Iliana might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ismael Mincho. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Angel Iliana ran back to his position shaking his head. Esperanza AFC's Anselmo Pelayo got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. HUDSON CITY BERA's Ismael Mincho proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save HUDSON CITY BERA from getting a goal against them. In the 32nd minute, Emanuel Gartzi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gualterio Guillelmus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Esteve Oalo, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Gualterio Guillelmus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Esteve Oalo in the 38th minute of the match. Esteve Oalo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 43rd minute, Celso Giraldo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bruno Cristofor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Esteve Oalo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gualterio Guillelmus was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. After the first half HUDSON CITY BERA were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After having played for 54 minutes, Bruno Cristofor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. HUDSON CITY BERA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bruno Cristofor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Esteve Oalo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Esperanza AFC's Gualterio Guillelmus got control of the ball when Bruno Cristofor tried to sneak it across the goal line. 61 minutes into the match, Esperanza AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Esteve Oalo came free, but Gualterio Guillelmus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 64 played minutes HUDSON CITY BERA got a freekick which was hit by Joel Frichoso. In the 67th minute, Anselmo Pelayo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Esperanza AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Celedonio Horado charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Celedonio Horado the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Bruno Cristofor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Gualterio Guillelmus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Esperanza AFC's zone, Esteve Oalo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gualterio Guillelmus came out of the goal and Esteve Oalo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Paolo Gartxot kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. In the 90th minute, Gogo Jorrin fired a really elegant long shot, but Gualterio Guillelmus threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. If Bruno Cristofor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match was over HUDSON CITY BERA could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Esperanza AFC throughout the match.
