Spectators: 7206 (Terracing: 5406, Seating: 1657, VIP seats: 143) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Amancio Bibiano got the match started through his kick off. In the 2nd minute Anastasio Dimo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paolo Cibran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 8th minute of the match Anacleto Jurgi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Paolo Cibran showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Yeso's goalkeeper Paolo Cibran, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, San Martín City's Anacleto Jurgi got a free kick in the 15th minute. Adolfo Guipuzkoa was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 15th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. If Baldomiro Fraco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 26th minute, Amancio Bibiano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 39 minutes into the match, San Martín City's goal looked a bit too open when Amancio Bibiano came free, but Marco Rafel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anastasio Dimo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yeso's Baldomiro Fraco got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 47 minutes into the match, Yeso's goal looked a bit too open when Anastasio Dimo came free, but Paolo Cibran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aldo Ihazintu was the one to do the kick off. After 56 played minutes San Martín City got a freekick which was hit by Ermegildo Liher. The crowd rose to their feet as San Martín City's Aldo Ihazintu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Paolo Cibran. That made the score 0-1 after 61 minutes of play. If Amancio Bibiano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 74 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Baldomiro Fraco sped through San Martín City's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Marco Rafel. After 81 minutes of play, Yeso's Amancio Bibiano made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marco Rafel was left in no man's land by his defense there! Baldomiro Fraco might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marco Rafel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Baldomiro Fraco ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in San Martín City's zone, Amancio Bibiano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marco Rafel came out of the goal and Amancio Bibiano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marco Rafel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baldomiro Fraco, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute.
