After a rather tough play, BIG's Nereo Estebe got a free kick in the 2nd minute. When the match clock showed 7 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Modesto Aureo sped through FC Los Negros's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Guido Francesco. If Modesto Aureo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 17 minutes into the match, FC Los Negros's goalkeeper Guido Francesco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dionisio Ipar. With a little luck, FC Los Negros's Guido Francesco got control of the ball when Dionisio Ipar tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 20th minute, Fabio Eutropio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Los Negros's Guido Francesco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save FC Los Negros from getting a goal against them. 32 minutes into the match, Modesto Aureo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Guido Francesco, 2-0. Prudencio Mundo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eduardo Bidari, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Modesto Aureo to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 61st minute Modesto Aureo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guido Francesco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. BIG's defense didn't have a chance, in the 62nd minute, when Niceto Uhin scored to the left of an out of position Prudencio Mundo, making the score, 2-1. BIG's Dionisio Ipar got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Guido Francesco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Modesto Aureo in the 82nd minute of play. If Dionisio Ipar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 85 played minutes FC Los Negros got a freekick which was hit by Alejandro Donio. Guido Francesco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Modesto Aureo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Guido Francesco stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dionisio Ipar's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Los Negros's goalkeeper Guido Francesco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dionisio Ipar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 96 minutes into the match, FC Los Negros's goal looked a bit too open when Modesto Aureo came free, but Guido Francesco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
