Spectators: 6500 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Marciano Laurentzi took the kick off in the first half of the match. Aaron Papo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marciano Laurentzi in the 4th minute of the match. After having played for 7 minutes, Martin Etxatxu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Carlos Paz City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Martin Etxatxu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Fulgencio Darien took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Nicasio Ursino to make any attempt to save it. With his leg Nicasio Ursino managed to avoid a goal in the 13thth minute, when Carlos Paz City's Fulgencio Darien fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 17thth minute of the game Fulgencio Darien who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Balonmano FC's Nicasio Ursino was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 18 played minutes Balonmano FC got a freekick which was hit by Salvador Fraco. Fulgencio Darien in the 19thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Nicasio Ursino, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Fulgencio Darien did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Nicasio Ursino 21 minutes into the match. 25 minutes into the game, Ernesto Quintun was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Carlos Paz City's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Balonmano FC the free kick. In the 26th minute, Ernesto Quintun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carlos Paz City's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Martin Etxatxu in the 32nd minute. A nice corner shot did that Tomas Soin got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Nicasio Ursino quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aureliano Baldovino in the 35th minute of play forced Balonmano FC's goalkeeper Nicasio Ursino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Justo Mannie kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Urbano Pelayo charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Urbano Pelayo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Pablo Tancredo hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

With a little luck, Carlos Paz City's Aaron Papo got control of the ball when Marciano Laurentzi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nicasio Ursino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Braulio Gipuzkoa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 58 played minutes Balonmano FC got a freekick which was hit by Evaristo Domingues. 59 minutes into the game, Tomas Soin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Carlos Paz City's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Balonmano FC the free kick. 63 minutes into the game, Marciano Laurentzi recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Aaron Papo. Marciano Laurentzi showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. In the 66th minute Fulgencio Darien shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicasio Ursino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 68th minute, Braulio Gipuzkoa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Carlos Paz City booed when Balonmano FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucas Haritz didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Fulgencio Darien put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Nicasio Ursino. Ernesto Quintun was shown his second yellow card after 76 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Balonmano FC booed when Carlos Paz City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernesto Quintun didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Fulgencio Darien had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 90th match minute, Balonmano FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anibal Ostots to maneuver through the defense. Pablo Tancredo charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pablo Tancredo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Pablo Tancredo kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. 96 minutes into the game, one of Carlos Paz City:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the referee blew the final whistle, Carlos Paz City could leave the field as winners, despite Balonmano FC having more of the ball for most of the match.
