Celedonio Edur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nestor Gabon in the 9th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Beazley's Eugenio Ioritz got a free kick in the 10th minute. Celedonio Edur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Cresconio, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Celedonio Edur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nestor Gabon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gonzalo Chico in the 15th minute of play forced Beazley's goalkeeper Celedonio Edur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Beazley's Uriel Indartsu got a free kick in the 16th minute. When Luis Cresconio came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Gerli FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luis Cresconio couldn't finish the play. In the 23rd minute, Genaro Roland hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Celedonio Edur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Cresconio, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. After 26 minutes of play, Gerli FC's Valentin Nofre made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Celedonio Edur was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Gonzalo Chico managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gerli FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gonzalo Chico was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Celedonio Edur breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Beazley defense, Valentin Nofre kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Celedonio Edur. The Beazley fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Celedonio Edur should have stopped the shot. Gonzalo Chico took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Celedonio Edur. Celedonio Edur dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Uriel Indartsu came free with the goalkeeper in the 44th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Bonifacio Donostia could save by the left post. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luis Cresconio was the one to do the kick off. Casimiro Vistruario made in the 58th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Beazley's Eugenio Ioritz. In the 59th minute, Epifanio Baumar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Juan Vivero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 64 played minutes Beazley got a freekick which was hit by Eugenio Ioritz. Celedonio Edur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gonzalo Chico in the 65th minute of play. Celedonio Edur made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luis Cresconio in the 71st minute. After 72 played minutes Beazley got a freekick which was hit by Gilberto Gaxan. Celedonio Edur was out of position in the 75 minute of play, and Nestor Gabon capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Nestor Gabon really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. Gerli FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
