Spectators: 6200 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1100, VIP seats: 100) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tiburcio Inko started the match with the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in RIO LIMAY's zone, Fulgencio Darien stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Octavio Joey came out of the goal and Fulgencio Darien tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 7 minutes into the game, Carlos Paz City's Arnoldo Obano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Octavio Joey made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Martin Etxatxu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Octavio Joey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Etxatxu in the 10th minute of the match. In the 11th minute of the match Carlos Paz City got a corner. RIO LIMAY's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Martin Etxatxu ran over to the corner to take the kick. Martin Etxatxu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Martin Etxatxu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 25 played minutes Carlos Paz City got a freekick which was hit by Braulio Gipuzkoa. In the 29th minute of the match Ernesto Quintun sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Octavio Joey skillfully saved the ball. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when RIO LIMAY's Tiburcio Inko in the 31st minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Aaron Papo was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Carlos Paz City through an amazing save. In the 34th minute Fulgencio Darien shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octavio Joey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as RIO LIMAY's Alberto Ayala slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Aaron Papo. That made the score 1-1 after 35 minutes of play. 39 minutes into the match, RIO LIMAY's goal looked a bit too open when Arnoldo Obano came free, but Octavio Joey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 41 minutes of play, Carlos Paz City's Martin Etxatxu made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Octavio Joey was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fulgencio Darien stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, RIO LIMAY's Octavio Joey got control of the ball when Martin Etxatxu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Octavio Joey was a little too slow when Arnoldo Obano got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 55th minute. The score was now 1-3. 62 minutes into the match, RIO LIMAY's goal looked a bit too open when Arnoldo Obano came free, but Octavio Joey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Carlos Gau had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carlos Paz City's Aaron Papo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Gau in the 65th minute of play. Braulio Gipuzkoa hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alberto Ayala during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, RIO LIMAY's Alberto Ayala got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Fulgencio Darien in the 73rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Octavio Joey, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Octavio Joey made an important save on a dangerous shot by Martin Etxatxu in the 75th minute. Carlos Gau's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aaron Papo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Carlos Paz City's Braulio Gipuzkoa got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Carlos Paz City's Aaron Papo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiburcio Inko in the 83rd minute of play. 85 minutes into the game, RIO LIMAY's Tiburcio Inko nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aaron Papo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-4. Fulgencio Darien received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Octavio Joey came out and tried to block the shot, but Fulgencio Darien slotted it home off the left post making it 2-5 in the 89th minute. When the final whistle sounded Carlos Paz City left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than RIO LIMAY.
