Spectators: 6500 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Fulgencio Darien got the match started through his kick off. Patricio Pancho made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Martin Etxatxu sent off a good shot on target. After 5 played minutes Carlos Paz City got a freekick which was hit by Braulio Gipuzkoa. Martin Etxatxu came free with the goalkeeper in the 9th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Patricio Pancho could save by the left post. After 12 played minutes Carlos Paz City got a freekick which was hit by Urbano Pelayo. In the 13th minute of the match Raul Etxepare shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aaron Papo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 15th match minute, Carlos Paz City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Braulio Gipuzkoa to maneuver through the defense. Braulio Gipuzkoa hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Patricio Pancho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fulgencio Darien in the 22nd minute. Aaron Papo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvano Cristofol in the 23rd minute of the match. If Luis Marcones had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 33 minutes Racing Club's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Martin Etxatxu who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Arnoldo Obano got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Patricio Pancho quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Racing Club's Patricio Pancho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fulgencio Darien in the 34th minute of play. Patricio Pancho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Martin Etxatxu in the 35th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Marcones in the 47th minute of play forced Carlos Paz City's goalkeeper Aaron Papo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luis Marcones made a kick off. 64 minutes into the game, Carlos Paz City's Fulgencio Darien nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Patricio Pancho made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Racing Club's Patricio Pancho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fulgencio Darien in the 67th minute of play. Patricio Pancho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fulgencio Darien, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Racing Club's goalkeeper Patricio Pancho, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Racing Club getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Raul Etxepare hit a great ball. Martin Etxatxu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Patricio Pancho having to make a save. 89 minutes into the match, Martin Etxatxu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Patricio Pancho. Racing Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Martin Etxatxu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Urbano Pelayo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 93rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Patricio Pancho. Racing Club's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 94th minute, Martin Etxatxu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Patricio Pancho was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Carlos Paz City had played much better football throughout.
