Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Mateo Nerio started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Melba's Mateo Nerio in the 6th minute got a chance for a shot 6th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cienega AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Feliberto Darien took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Simon Serapio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Simon Serapio struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Feliberto Darien didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Melba. Marcos Gaufred recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Melba's Mateo Nerio got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Mateo Nerio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Atilano Gines took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfonso Karmel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 33rd minute, Marcos Gaufred got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Feliberto Darien didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Simon Serapio went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Alfonso Karmel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Feliberto Darien made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mateo Nerio in the 48th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Melba's Atilano Gines played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfonso Karmel in the 55th minute of play. 57 minutes into the match, Melba's goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Gaufred came free, but Atilano Gines reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 63 minutes of play, Melba's Casimiro Macerio made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Feliberto Darien was left in no man's land by his defense there! Feliberto Darien showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Casimiro Macerio in the 69th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Mateo Nerio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Melba's supporters rose to their feet, but Mateo Nerio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Feliberto Darien breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Joaquin Celino hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Cienega AFC's Feliberto Darien played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mateo Nerio in the 80th minute of play. Simon Serapio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 96 played minutes Melba got a freekick which was hit by Casimiro Macerio. The Melba players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
