A beautiful save bye Callate's goalie prevented a goal. Eloy Henric recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gregorio Atarratze kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. After having played for 21 minutes, Damian Cordara managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Callate's supporters crossed their fingers, but Damian Cordara was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 22 minutes into the game, Callate's Damian Cordara nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Antonio Enetz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Damian Cordara's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Antonio Enetz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. Callate's Amador Tano got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 37th minute Florencio Bernaldo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delmar Dunixi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gregorio Atarratze hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. If Eloy Henric had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45thth minute of the game Eloy Henric who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Callate's Delmar Dunixi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Florencio Bernaldo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Delmar Dunixi was a little too slow when Eloy Henric got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 58th minute. The score was now 1-1. Eloy Henric sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Delmar Dunixi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florencio Bernaldo in the 65th minute of the match. After 71 played minutes Callate got a freekick which was hit by Julio Thomas. Eloy Henric fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delmar Dunixi having to interfere. A collision led to Callate getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Gregorio Atarratze hit a great ball. In the 79th minute Gogo Fidele shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delmar Dunixi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Florencio Bernaldo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Florencio Bernaldo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Callate's Delmar Dunixi got control of the ball when Eloy Henric tried to sneak it across the goal line. Callate's Delmar Dunixi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Callate from getting a goal against them. Delmar Dunixi made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Eloy Henric sent off a good shot on target. Eloy Henric received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Delmar Dunixi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Florencio Bernaldo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Claypole AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Florencio Bernaldo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Delmar Dunixi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Eloy Henric had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Claypole AFC were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
