Spectators: 7183 (Terracing: 5389, Seating: 1652, VIP seats: 142) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gregorio Senon took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Placido Osoitz came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Salado FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Placido Osoitz couldn't finish the play. Alfredo Uzuri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Norberto Gil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Salado FC's Eriberto Lehen threw himself towards the right post 11 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gregorio Senon, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A hard shot 14 in the game by Placido Osoitz from a close distance when the talented Eriberto Lehen managed to make a qualified save. Luque AFC's players were relieved. Placido Osoitz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eriberto Lehen having to make a save. If Anier Hug had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 31stth minute of the game Gregorio Senon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Luque AFC's Eriberto Lehen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Benicio Rainerio, 36 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 40 minutes into the match, Salado FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredo Uzuri came free, but Norberto Gil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 44th minute, Domingos Peyo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Adolfo Sotil hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Alfredo Uzuri made the kick off in the second half. Alfredo Uzuri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gregorio Senon during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gregorio Senon kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Delmiro Quilo, 60 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Norberto Gil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredo Uzuri, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Placido Osoitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eriberto Lehen having to interfere. Luque AFC's Alfredo Uzuri pulled a muscle in his leg after 69 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Aurelio Cordearo fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Salado FC's protests and gave Aurelio Cordearo a yellow card for diving instead. After 69 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Salado FC! When the match had been going on for 71 minutes, Luque AFC's Delmiro Quilo got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Norberto Gil. After a defensive mix-up in Salado FC's zone, Anier Hug stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Norberto Gil came out of the goal and Anier Hug tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Domingos Peyo during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Domingos Peyo kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. In the 82nd minute of the match, Anier Hug got a very nice opportunity to score, but Norberto Gil was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After having played for 85 minutes, Domingos Peyo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Salado FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Domingos Peyo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Placido Osoitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luque AFC's Eriberto Lehen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Placido Osoitz in the 90th minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, Salado FC's goalkeeper Norberto Gil had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anier Hug. In the 95th match minute, Luque AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baldomero Gorri to maneuver through the defense. Norberto Gil made a fantastic save in the 98th minute, when Anier Hug sent off a good shot on target.
