Ismael Endura didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for NOT AFRAID. Alfredo Medero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raimundo Gitano having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pablo Panpili during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, NOT AFRAID's Santiago Gorbea got a free kick in the 14th minute. Ismael Endura made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaston Henry in the 16th minute of play. Alfredo Medero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Raimundo Gitano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Isaac Sotil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Isaac Sotil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Isaac Sotil stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. La Mano de Dios's Isaac Sotil got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as NOT AFRAID's Cayetano Tome slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ismael Endura. That made the score 0-2 after 61 minutes of play. Raimundo Gitano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isaac Sotil in the 65th minute of the match. Alfredo Medero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raimundo Gitano having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Medero in the 69th minute of play forced NOT AFRAID's goalkeeper Raimundo Gitano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. NOT AFRAID's Raimundo Gitano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaac Sotil in the 76th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in NOT AFRAID's zone, Alfredo Medero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Raimundo Gitano came out of the goal and Alfredo Medero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 87 minutes into the game, one of La Mano de Dios:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 92nd match minute, NOT AFRAID was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pablo Panpili to maneuver through the defense. In the 94th minute, NOT AFRAID's Gaston Henry ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ismael Endura. Ismael Endura yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4.
