An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Uzuri in the 5th minute of play forced Pueblito's goalkeeper Modesto Cucao to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee ignored Pueblito's protests and gave Zeledon Ramond a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Pueblito getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Zeledon Ramond hit a great ball. Modesto Cucao was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Delmiro Quilo. Atilano Frutos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eriberto Lehen having to make a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fabricio Mazuste during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Pueblito's Fabricio Mazuste got a free kick in the 31st minute. After 37 minutes, Baldomero Gorri mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Luque AFC and the Pueblito players grew even worse after the yellow card. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alfredo Uzuri made a kick off. Eriberto Lehen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Atilano Frutos, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Atilano Frutos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eriberto Lehen having to interfere. In the 57th minute, Atilano Frutos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the last second Eriberto Lehen throw himself and got hold of the ball when Atilano Frutos in the 60thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. A collision led to Pueblito getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Celedonio Tadzio hit a great ball. In the 68th minute, Zeledon Ramond got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eriberto Lehen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Atilano Frutos in the 69th minute of play. Roman Quico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eriberto Lehen didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 72nd minute, which inside left pole to 0-1.
