In the 3rd minute of the match Ivan Quinten sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Juan Mitxel skillfully saved the ball. Constantino Bittor came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by C.A. Trueno Verde's Emiliano Martino. But to his dismay, Emiliano Martino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 10 minutes into the game, one of C.A. Trueno Verde:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Barcelona V. Paranacito a penalty, 11 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Zeledon Raphael, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of C.A. Trueno Verde's Juan Mitxel. 1-1. After having played for 15 minutes, Joaquin Chorache managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barcelona V. Paranacito's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joaquin Chorache was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Barcelona V. Paranacito's Roman Bizen got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Emiliano Martino did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-1 to the left of a surprised Constantino Bittor 22 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Joaquin Chorache managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barcelona V. Paranacito's supporters rose to their feet, but Joaquin Chorache was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Juan Mitxel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mario Gagriel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Constantino Bittor having to interfere. Mario Gagriel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Constantino Bittor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joaquin Chorache to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Barcelona V. Paranacito getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Lucio Lesardo hit a great ball. In the 53rd minute of the match Geronimo Txerran sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Constantino Bittor skillfully saved the ball. The supporters of C.A. Trueno Verde booed when Barcelona V. Paranacito was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cosme Montez didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 63rdth minute of the game Emiliano Martino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Barcelona V. Paranacito's Constantino Bittor was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 64 played minutes Barcelona V. Paranacito got a freekick which was hit by Baldomero Virila. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mario Gagriel in the 66th minute of play forced Barcelona V. Paranacito's goalkeeper Constantino Bittor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Barcelona V. Paranacito's zone, Emiliano Martino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Constantino Bittor came out of the goal and Emiliano Martino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Constantino Bittor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mario Gagriel, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. After a rather tough play, C.A. Trueno Verde's Maximo Hever got a free kick in the 81st minute. Juan Mitxel made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Roman Bizen sent off a good shot on target. In the 91st match minute, C.A. Trueno Verde was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nereo Gerazan to maneuver through the defense. Barcelona V. Paranacito's Zeledon Raphael shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 92nd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Juan Mitxel but with some difficulty. Barcelona V. Paranacito's Constantino Bittor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mario Gagriel in the 94th minute of play. In the 96th match minute, C.A. Trueno Verde was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximo Hever to maneuver through the defense. C.A. Trueno Verde's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
