The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Roman Bizen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Claudio Orlondo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Claudio Orlondo made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Roman Bizen sent off a good shot on target. Joaquin Chorache received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Claudio Orlondo came out and tried to block the shot, but Joaquin Chorache slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 14th minute. A collision led to Barcelona V. Paranacito getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Lucio Lesardo hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Agustin Sal in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Constantino Bittor prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Santo Guib kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Barcelona V. Paranacito's Lucio Lesardo got a free kick in the 27th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Barcelona V. Paranacito's zone, Agustin Sal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Constantino Bittor came out of the goal and Agustin Sal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustin Sal in the 33rd minute of play forced Barcelona V. Paranacito's goalkeeper Constantino Bittor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 34 minutes, Cristo Ayala managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Poetas Del Cesped III's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristo Ayala was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Urbano Senin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joaquin Chorache to make the kick off. Cristo Ayala received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Constantino Bittor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Constantino Bittor stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Agustin Sal's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. In the 60th minute Joaquin Chorache shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudio Orlondo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustin Sal in the 65th minute of play forced Barcelona V. Paranacito's goalkeeper Constantino Bittor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Barcelona V. Paranacito's zone, Cristo Ayala stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Constantino Bittor came out of the goal and Cristo Ayala tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 76 minutes into the match, Roman Bizen notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Poetas Del Cesped III's Claudio Orlondo. Claudio Orlondo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Roman Bizen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Barcelona V. Paranacito's Constantino Bittor proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Barcelona V. Paranacito from getting a goal against them. After 85 played minutes Barcelona V. Paranacito got a freekick which was hit by Lucio Lesardo. Joaquin Chorache fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudio Orlondo having to interfere. After 94 minutes, Gualterio Pagomari mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Poetas Del Cesped III and the Barcelona V. Paranacito players grew even worse after the yellow card. Gualterio Pagomari kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Barcelona V. Paranacito had won after a very even match.
