LaTrapanetta's Cleto Tavio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remigio Galtero in the 10th minute of play. Cleto Tavio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luisito Quexal in the 18th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the match, Remigio Galtero notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of LaTrapanetta's Cleto Tavio. Cleto Tavio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Victorio Aurre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enrique Naike in the 24th minute of the match. If Enrique Naike had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 36 minutes of play, Sampacho's Luisito Quexal made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cleto Tavio was left in no man's land by his defense there! 41 minutes into the match, Luisito Quexal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cleto Tavio. LaTrapanetta's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luisito Quexal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Enrique Naike stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ambrosio Manilan during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 51 minutes into the game, one of LaTrapanetta:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. LaTrapanetta:s Cleto Tavio showed great skill when he stopped Aaron Frisco:s penalty. Cleto Tavio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Remigio Galtero went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Leandro Mikelar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leandro Mikelar in the 59th minute of play forced LaTrapanetta's goalkeeper Cleto Tavio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Teodosio Gelmiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. LaTrapanetta's supporters rose to their feet, but Teodosio Gelmiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Victorio Aurre breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Enrique Naike had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Sampacho's zone, Enrique Naike stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Victorio Aurre came out of the goal and Enrique Naike tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Enrique Naike fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victorio Aurre having to interfere. After 69 minutes, Bartolo Casomiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the LaTrapanetta and the Sampacho players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 69 played minutes LaTrapanetta got a freekick which was hit by Bartolo Casomiro. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Roberto Guzman managed to get in a good position for a shot. LaTrapanetta's supporters rose to their feet, but Roberto Guzman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Victorio Aurre breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 85th minute, LaTrapanetta's Ambrosio Manilan seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Ambrosio Manilan the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of LaTrapanetta protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ambrosio Manilan had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 90 minutes into the match, LaTrapanetta's Bartolo Casomiro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Victorio Aurre narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With an all-out effort, Sampacho's Cleto Tavio threw himself towards the right post 95 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Luisito Quexal, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When Teodosio Gelmiro came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the LaTrapanetta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teodosio Gelmiro couldn't finish the play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Sampacho eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
