After 16 played minutes NIGHTMARE F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Urbano Madaleno. Gogo Oro might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aaron Astrada. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gogo Oro ran back to his position shaking his head. Cecilio Gartzea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Esteve Remicio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Aaron Astrada tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aaron Astrada made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cecilio Gartzea in the 40th minute of play. After having played for 41 minutes, Cecilio Gartzea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Chicos Tops's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cecilio Gartzea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Esteve Remicio managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Chicos Tops's supporters rose to their feet, but Esteve Remicio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aaron Astrada breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anselmo Jakue to make the kick off. Cecilio Gartzea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aaron Astrada having to interfere. When Marciano Ixona fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored NIGHTMARE F.C.'s protests and gave Marciano Ixona a yellow card for diving instead. After 57 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for NIGHTMARE F.C.! When Anselmo Jakue came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the NIGHTMARE F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anselmo Jakue couldn't finish the play. Esteve Remicio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. NIGHTMARE F.C.'s Aaron Astrada proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save NIGHTMARE F.C. from getting a goal against them. FC Chicos Tops's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Salvador Rik in the 70th minute. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind NIGHTMARE F.C.'s goalkeeper Aaron Astrada, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 77 minutes, Ambrosio Quintin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the NIGHTMARE F.C. and the FC Chicos Tops players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, NIGHTMARE F.C.'s Ambrosio Quintin got a free kick in the 77th minute. A collision led to NIGHTMARE F.C. getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Dario Urritz hit a great ball. Cecilio Gartzea blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aaron Astrada having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Cecilio Gartzea managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Chicos Tops's supporters rose to their feet, but Cecilio Gartzea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aaron Astrada breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Urbano Madaleno kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. 95 minutes into the game, Gogo Oro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Chicos Tops's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave NIGHTMARE F.C. the free kick. In the 95th match minute, FC Chicos Tops was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gogo Oro to maneuver through the defense. Anselmo Jakue recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. FC Chicos Tops played a much better game than NIGHTMARE F.C. and deserved their victory. The NIGHTMARE F.C. players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
