After having played for 18 minutes, Mauro Micael managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kolink's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mauro Micael was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Saverio Peli fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ATLETICO EMPALME's protests and gave Saverio Peli a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, ATLETICO EMPALME's Juan Domenec got a free kick in the 53rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Feliciano Bordat managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kolink's supporters rose to their feet, but Feliciano Bordat was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ambrosio Presebal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 91 played minutes Kolink got a freekick which was hit by Ladislao Valentine. Angelino Umbruso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Amador Aznar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
