After 7 played minutes, Esperanza FC's Sebastian Min shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gervasio Normando came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Esperanza FC reached it. Gervasio Normando took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudio Mosen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 11 minutes into the match, Full a.f.x's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Virila came free, but Gervasio Normando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Full a.f.x's Gervasio Normando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaudencio Ostadar in the 12th minute of play. A collision led to Full a.f.x getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Celestino Abadia hit a great ball. Gervasio Normando showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudio Mosen, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaudencio Ostadar in the 21st minute of play forced Full a.f.x's goalkeeper Gervasio Normando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gervasio Normando took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudio Mosen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gervasio Normando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaudencio Ostadar in the 26th minute of play. Gervasio Normando showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaudencio Ostadar, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Gervasio Normando took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Virila, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gervasio Normando came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Esperanza FC's Ernesto Kaxen. But to his dismay, Ernesto Kaxen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Gaudencio Ostadar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gervasio Normando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaudencio Ostadar in the 47th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After some careless play in the Full a.f.x defense, Ernesto Kaxen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gervasio Normando. The Full a.f.x fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gervasio Normando should have stopped the shot. 54 minutes into the match, Full a.f.x's goal looked a bit too open when Gaudencio Ostadar came free, but Gervasio Normando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Full a.f.x's defense didn't have a chance, in the 58th minute, when Claudio Mosen scored to the left of an out of position Gervasio Normando, making the score, 0-4. Alberto Virila could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Gervasio Normando made a huge save. Alberto Virilas short, quick shot in the 68thth minute got Gervasio Normando to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 70 minutes into the match, Full a.f.x's goalkeeper Gervasio Normando had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alberto Virila. Gervasio Normando showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hernan Venceslao, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Ernesto Kaxen charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ernesto Kaxen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When Ernesto Kaxen was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 83 minutes had been played. Ernesto Kaxen kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. After some careless play in the Full a.f.x defense, Alberto Virila kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gervasio Normando. The Full a.f.x fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gervasio Normando should have stopped the shot. Alberto Virila who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 89thth minute tested the skills of Gervasio Normando when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With a little luck, Full a.f.x's Gervasio Normando got control of the ball when Alberto Virila tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alberto Virila got free with Gervasio Normando in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Alberto Virila managed to get in a good position for a shot. Esperanza FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alberto Virila was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gervasio Normando breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Esperanza FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
