Progreso Futbol Club's Santiago Bizi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugenio Florin in the 3rd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Saverio Remicio during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Progreso Futbol Club's Saverio Remicio got a free kick in the 5th minute. Eliseo Iraunkor stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jaime Quinton's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. When the match clock showed 9 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Eugenio Florin sped through Progreso Futbol Club's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Santiago Bizi. Silvano Gines fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santiago Bizi having to interfere. Silvano Gines blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Santiago Bizi having to make a save. Eugenio Florin took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Santiago Bizi. Santiago Bizi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 21 minutes into the match, Trampantojo's Ariel Jaunzuria sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Santiago Bizi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 23 minutes, Eugenio Florin made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Progreso Futbol Club's Santiago Bizi tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Jaime Quinton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Ramiro Seguinus came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Trampantojo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ramiro Seguinus couldn't finish the play. After 29 played minutes Progreso Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Sergio Sotero. Eliseo Iraunkor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaime Quinton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 36 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Eugenio Florin sped through Progreso Futbol Club's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Santiago Bizi. Silvano Gines recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 45th minute, Gogo Chano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Trampantojo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. The Progreso Futbol Club players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Trampantojo were winning 0-6.

Baldomero Pereyra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santiago Bizi having to interfere. Eugenio Florin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Santiago Bizi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 68 minutes into the game, Daniel Peter was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Progreso Futbol Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Trampantojo the free kick. Daniel Peter hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Silvano Gines sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Trampantojo booed when Progreso Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Freddy Ezkerra didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 73rd match minute, Trampantojo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baldomero Pereyra to maneuver through the defense. When Timoteo Abilio came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Trampantojo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Timoteo Abilio couldn't finish the play. Santiago Bizi came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Trampantojo's Eugenio Florin. But to his dismay, Eugenio Florin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-9. When Trampantojo's Baldomero Pereyra in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Progreso Futbol Club's goalie prevented a goal. Santiago Bizi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugenio Florin in the 80th minute of play. When Trampantojo's Baldomero Pereyra in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Santiago Bizi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Trampantojo. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eugenio Florin couldn't finish the play. Gogo Chano struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Santiago Bizi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Trampantojo. When Joaquin Pepillo came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Trampantojo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joaquin Pepillo couldn't finish the play. 90 minutes into the match, Progreso Futbol Club's goalkeeper Santiago Bizi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eugenio Florin. Baldomero Pereyra blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Santiago Bizi having to make a save.
