A very good chance. 45 minutes into the game, Urquiza FC's Damian Baraquiel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Enrique Ted made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Damian Baraquiel to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horacio Pancho in the 52nd minute of play forced Urquiza FC's goalkeeper Hermengildo Dei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Urquiza FC's zone, Horacio Pancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hermengildo Dei came out of the goal and Horacio Pancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hermengildo Dei didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Horacio Pancho went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. In the 59th minute, Gogo Castulo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Guido Oro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hermengildo Dei having to interfere. 65 minutes into the game, one of Urquiza FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 67th minute there was a penalty for Ensenada FC. Zeledon Inko stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Hermengildo Dei. 4-2. Horacio Pancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 74 minutes, Guido Oro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ensenada FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guido Oro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Raul Janpier could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Enrique Ted made a huge save. In the 78th minute, Alberto Gonza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 80th minute, one of Ensenada FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ensenada FC. When the match had been going on for 81 minutes, Urquiza FC's Victoriano Gudesteo got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Enrique Ted. Guido Oro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hermengildo Dei having to make a save. In the 97th match minute, Urquiza FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victoriano Gudesteo to maneuver through the defense. Urquiza FC's Hermengildo Dei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guido Oro in the 100th minute of play.
