Spectators: 7283 (Terracing: 5464, Seating: 1675, VIP seats: 144) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Cipriano Dimas kicked off to start the match. Sergio Bras recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cipriano Dimas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Melchor Etxepare tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Cipriano Dimas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Freddy Anaya's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Federico Quinteros was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. Saverio Ruisko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Federico Quinteros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FILETERO F.C's Freddy Anaya got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 25th minute, Freddy Anaya hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Saverio Ruisko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Freddy Anaya in the 32nd minute of play forced Palermo's goalkeeper Federico Quinteros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th minute, Mauro Nevada hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in FILETERO F.C's zone, Cipriano Dimas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Melchor Etxepare came out of the goal and Cipriano Dimas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to FILETERO F.C getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Mauro Nevada hit a great ball. Palermo's Natalio Madeo couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 48th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for FILETERO F.C.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Freddy Anaya stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Saverio Ruisko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Federico Quinteros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of FILETERO F.C booed when Palermo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Atilano Ihazintu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Saverio Ruiskos short, quick shot in the 69thth minute got Federico Quinteros to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Cipriano Dimas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Palermo's supporters rose to their feet, but Cipriano Dimas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Melchor Etxepare breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Saverio Ruisko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 83 minutes into the match, FILETERO F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Sergio Bras came free, but Melchor Etxepare reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Cipriano Dimas came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Palermo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cipriano Dimas couldn't finish the play. Sergio Bras sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 96th play minute Saverio Ruisko came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Federico Quinteros. 0-2. The Palermo supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FILETERO F.C's performance. The match ended with a win for FILETERO F.C.
