Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jonatan Sotil in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonatan Gaizkine prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jonatan Gaizkine dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Jonatan Sotil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Jonatan Gaizkine tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jonatan Sotil stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When the match clock showed 53 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Leon Oidor sped through Norumbega's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonatan Gaizkine. Jonatan Gaizkine showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonatan Sotil, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Norumbega's Jonatan Gaizkine played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonatan Sotil in the 78th minute of play. Jonatan Gaizkine made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leon Oidor in the 81st minute. In the 83rd minute, Jonatan Sotil got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aldo Veto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leonides Txerran read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 97th minute of play.
