Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Adrian Soin took the kick off in the first half of the match. Eduardo Hurko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrian Soin in the 4th minute of play. After 5 played minutes BomboneraFC got a freekick which was hit by Victoriano Gartxot. When Amadeo Mercurio fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BomboneraFC's protests and gave Amadeo Mercurio a yellow card for diving instead. Amadeo Mercurio kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. In the 13th match minute, BomboneraFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fidel Senin to maneuver through the defense. Eduardo Hurko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rogelio Figueroa in the 23rd minute of the match. BomboneraFC's Eduardo Hurko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquin Frasquito in the 24th minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, BomboneraFC's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquin Frasquito came free, but Eduardo Hurko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, BomboneraFC's goal looked a bit too open when Rogelio Figueroa came free, but Eduardo Hurko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Muppets FC's Carolo George proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Muppets FC from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fidel Senin in the 35th minute of play forced Muppets FC's goalkeeper Carolo George to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 40 played minutes Muppets FC got a freekick which was hit by Baldomero Palben. Guaberto Gitano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Carolo George tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Victoriano Gartxot recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 45th minute, Cesar Lopez reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Carolo George. The goal made the score 1-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cesar Lopez made a kick off. Fidel Senin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Carolo George tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The BomboneraFC fans' excitement grew in the 54th match minute when BomboneraFC's Fidel Senin looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 58th minute, BomboneraFC's Amadeo Mercurio seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Amadeo Mercurio the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of BomboneraFC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Amadeo Mercurio had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee gave Muppets FC a penalty, 60 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Teo Huly, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of BomboneraFC's Eduardo Hurko. 2-1. Guaberto Gitano struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Carolo George didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BomboneraFC. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fidel Senin during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Muppets FC booed when BomboneraFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fidel Senin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 67 played minutes BomboneraFC got a freekick which was hit by Fidel Senin. Joaquin Frasquito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Eduardo Hurko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 71 minutes, Victoriano Gartxot managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BomboneraFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victoriano Gartxot was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Victoriano Gartxot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carolo George took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victoriano Gartxot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rogelio Figueroa kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. 78 minutes into the match, BomboneraFC's goal looked a bit too open when Adrian Soin came free, but Eduardo Hurko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emanuel Viator kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Eduardo Hurko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adrian Soin, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Eduardo Hurko made an important save on a dangerous shot by Baldomero Palben in the 83rd minute. Carolo George took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guaberto Gitano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Guaberto Gitano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carolo George was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. Feliberto Harriet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 96th minute of the match, Joaquin Frasquito got a very nice opportunity to score, but Eduardo Hurko was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Victoriano Gartxot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carolo George having to interfere.
