Guaberto Etxatxu really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. After 18 played minutes Guaberto Etxatxu rounded Muppets FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. Rogelio Figueroa kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Bartolo Txerran's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carolo George read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. Adrian Dalmu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carolo George having to interfere. Rogelio Figueroa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ovidio Pudes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 48th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adrian Soin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bartolo Txerran charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bartolo Txerran the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Muppets FC booed when La Mervaleta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bartolo Txerran didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carolo George showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrian Dalmu in the 64th minute of the match. Aristides Quilo charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aristides Quilo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Muppets FC's Aristides Quilo got a free kick in the 68th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bartolo Txerran in the 69th minute of play forced Muppets FC's goalkeeper Carolo George to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 72 minutes, Bartolo Txerran put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Carolo George. La Mervaleta's Adrian Dalmai got his second yellow card of the match in the 76th minute. The referee ordered Adrian Dalmai off the ground.
