With a little luck, Calumnia FC's Gerardo Xabat got control of the ball when Emiliano Ulizes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Danilo Beat lost his temper 11 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Pascual Orain struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Erubiel Solustiano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Calumnia FC. Filomeno Egoitz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 19th minute, Amado Indar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 25thth minute of the game Emilio Quin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but HOSPITAL EVITA's Erubiel Solustiano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Calumnia FC's Eloy Incendio got a free kick in the 28th minute. Amado Indar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pascual Orain in the 37th minute of play forced HOSPITAL EVITA's goalkeeper Erubiel Solustiano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 39 minutes into the match, Calumnia FC's goal looked a bit too open when Amado Indar came free, but Gerardo Xabat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 46th match minute, Calumnia FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aristides Soin to maneuver through the defense. Amado Indar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gerardo Xabat having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Emilio Quin was the one to do the kick off. HOSPITAL EVITA's Erubiel Solustiano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emilio Quin in the 52nd minute of play. A collision led to Calumnia FC getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Constantino Koldo hit a great ball. Gerardo Xabat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amado Indar in the 58th minute of the match. After 61 minutes, Pascual Orain mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Calumnia FC and the HOSPITAL EVITA players grew even worse after the yellow card. Pascual Orain hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Arturo Rioja's late challenge caught a HOSPITAL EVITA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arturo Rioja helped the player get up and apologised. After 65 played minutes Calumnia FC got a freekick which was hit by Arturo Rioja. Isaac Gentza hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. If Filomeno Egoitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 84th minute, Rolando Henrico reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Erubiel Solustiano. The goal made the score 0-1. Jeronimo Raitin hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Luis Salvator fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gerardo Xabat having to interfere. Amado Indar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
