Spectators: 7365 (Terracing: 5525, Seating: 1693, VIP seats: 147) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Iker Iaki took the kick off in the first half of the match. Cristian Medina kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Soldiers of Jah Army's Saverio Igon got a free kick in the 5th minute. If Cristian Medina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juan Barea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Celedonio Olando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Celedonio Olando took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iker Iaki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15th minute, Iker Iaki ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Celedonio Olando was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. A collision led to Palmira getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Cristian Medina hit a great ball. If Edgardo Roldan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juan Barea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Juan Barea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Celedonio Olando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 27 played minutes Soldiers of Jah Army got a freekick which was hit by Saverio Igon. 30 minutes into the match, Juan Barea had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Celedonio Olando. Soldiers of Jah Army's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Juan Barea was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Juan Barea might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Celedonio Olando. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Juan Barea ran back to his position shaking his head. Juan Bareas short, quick shot in the 41stth minute got Celedonio Olando to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

In the 51st minute, Iker Iaki ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Celedonio Olando was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Edgardo Roldan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Roque Bras tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Florencio Sidoro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Soldiers of Jah Army's zone, Iker Iaki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Celedonio Olando came out of the goal and Iker Iaki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Juan Barea struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Celedonio Olando didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Palmira. Juan Barea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Celedonio Olando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Celedonio Olando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iker Iaki in the 84th minute of play. If Iker Iaki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 90th minute, Juan Barea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Palmira's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
