The referee ignored New Zanzibar's protests and gave Dante Errolan a yellow card for diving instead. Dante Errolan hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. The wind increased when Arnaldo Ekaitz made the kick off in the second half. Arnaldo Ekaitz struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched New Zanzibar eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
