In the 24th minute, Damaso Eskuin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Los Topus getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Omar Dantel hit a great ball. Jesus Urbez's late challenge caught a Los Topus's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jesus Urbez helped the player get up and apologised. In the 60th minute, one of Winners FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Winners FC. Bruno Orlondo shot the penalty kick right outside the post. If Joaquin Artaldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 67th minute, Joaquin Artaldo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Santos Magdaleno. The goal made the score 0-1. If Severiano Lizer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 74 minutes into the match, Winners FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jacinto Abella came free, but Tiburcio Heli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eustaquio Edur could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Santos Magdaleno made a huge save. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Winners FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
