The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Saturnino Ortle didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tomas Gorosti went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Honorato Dayam showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ovidio Matro in the 6th minute of the match. After 6 played minutes Pachu FC got a freekick which was hit by Mario Javiar. With an all-out effort, Don Ramon FC's Honorato Dayam threw himself towards the right post 11 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ovidio Matro, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Pachu FC's Honorato Dayam proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Pachu FC from getting a goal against them. Tomas Gorosti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Saturnino Ortle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 23 minutes of play, Pachu FC's Tomas Gorosti made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Saturnino Ortle was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 26th minute, Mario Javiar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 28 minutes into the game, Tomas Gorosti cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Saturnino Ortle was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Claudio Sotil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 36th minute, Ovidio Matro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Honorato Dayam didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Benito Harri went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ovidio Matro to strike the kick off in the second half. Saturnino Ortle made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Gorosti in the 52nd minute. 54 minutes into the game, Claudio Sotil recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Saturnino Ortle. Claudio Sotil showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 58th minute of the game. One of Pachu FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Don Ramon FC:s goal. Tomas Gorosti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Saturnino Ortle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Honorato Dayam showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benito Harri, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. The supporters of Don Ramon FC booed when Pachu FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilberto Endira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Don Ramon FC's Artemio Alvarez couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 68th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Pachu FC. In the 74th minute Ovidio Matro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Honorato Dayam saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 2-5 became the score in the 79th minute when Claudio Sotil elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Honorato Dayam showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aldo Balendin, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Ovidio Matro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
