After the first half El talar fucbool were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Alejo Vistruario made the kick off in the second half. Patricio Roldanillo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benjamin Errolan in the 59th minute. After having played for 97 minutes, Bartolo Oier managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El talar fucbool's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bartolo Oier was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Gaiman Futbol Club defense, Lisandro Elazar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Patricio Roldanillo. The Gaiman Futbol Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Patricio Roldanillo should have stopped the shot. The El talar fucbool supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing El talar fucbool would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
