Spectators: 7206 (Terracing: 5406, Seating: 1657, VIP seats: 143) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ernesto Perez started the match with the kick off. After 6 minutes of play, La buba FC's Ernesto Perez made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Severo Bero was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Guillermo Gines had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of La buba FC booed when Pueblo Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domingos Nalo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ernesto Perez scored 0-2 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Severo Bero, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Severo Bero came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by La buba FC's Ernesto Perez. But to his dismay, Ernesto Perez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. After having played for 20 minutes, Gaston Ixidor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La buba FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gaston Ixidor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Severo Bero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaston Ixidor, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Pueblo Futbol Club's zone, Ernesto Perez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Severo Bero came out of the goal and Ernesto Perez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 25th minute, Isidoro Kinsen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Gaston Ixidor put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Severo Bero. Ernesto Perez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 39 minutes of play, La buba FC's Ernesto Perez made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Severo Bero was left in no man's land by his defense there! Valentin Eate received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Severo Bero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alfredo Gai to make the kick off. 54 minutes had been played when some careless play by La buba FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cristian Louis was slow to take the kick. During this time Pueblo Futbol Club's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Cristian Louis almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but La buba FC's Narciso Herrera did a great save. Ernesto Perez succeeded in the game's 56th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-6. An unexpected shot in the 60th minute by Valentin Eate got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After some careless play in the Pueblo Futbol Club defense, Gaston Ixidor kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Severo Bero. The Pueblo Futbol Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Severo Bero should have stopped the shot. La buba FC's Narciso Herrera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guillermo Gines in the 66th minute of play. Narciso Herrera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredo Gai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Severo Bero didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ernesto Perez went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-8 was the resulting score. Ernesto Perez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Severo Bero having to make a save. After 77 minutes of play, Pueblo Futbol Club's Alfredo Gai made it 1-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Narciso Herrera was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 81st minute, Ernesto Perez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Severo Bero was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-9. If Guillermo Gines had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ernesto Perez got free with Severo Bero in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
