An unexpectedly hard shot by David Oton in the 3rd minute of play forced Janta FC's goalkeeper Maximiliano Hulberto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 3rd match minute, Janta FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guaberto Argi to maneuver through the defense. Maximiliano Hulberto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Oton in the 4th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling David Oton in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maximiliano Hulberto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Freddy Sanduru struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Maximiliano Hulberto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Joe FC. Maximiliano Hulberto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Oton in the 14th minute of play. Joe FC's David Oton got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Oton in the 18th minute of play forced Janta FC's goalkeeper Maximiliano Hulberto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Lucas Vasco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. David Oton took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Maximiliano Hulberto. Maximiliano Hulberto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The supporters of Joe FC booed when Janta FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guaberto Argi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alejandro Gai hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Silvestre Ihintza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Silvestre Ihintza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rene Umbruso having to interfere. In the 48th minute, Lucas Vasco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rene Umbruso was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Silvestre Ihintza made a kick off. 68 minutes into the match, Joe FC's goal looked a bit too open when Silvestre Ihintza came free, but Rene Umbruso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rene Umbruso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvestre Ihintza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Janta FC booed when Joe FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zacarias Bizi didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 74thth minute of the game Lucas Vasco who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Joe FC's Rene Umbruso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 77th minute of the match Saul Itzaina sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Maximiliano Hulberto skillfully saved the ball. If Silvestre Ihintza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Freddy Sanduru got free with Maximiliano Hulberto in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Janta FC's Maximiliano Hulberto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Janta FC from getting a goal against them. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
