Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Adolfo Gaufred started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Bernabe Quintun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 2nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bernabe Quintun struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Romulo Bastiaro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mattew. Jose Gau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Orlando Jesco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mattew's Orlando Jesco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adolfo Gaufred in the 8th minute of play. Victoriano Gorbea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Campichuelo's Adolfo Gaufred in the 25th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Orlando Jesco was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Mattew through an amazing save. Romulo Bastiaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victoriano Gorbea in the 27th minute of the match. If Adolfo Gaufred had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jose Gau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orlando Jesco having to interfere. 44 minutes into the match, Mattew's goalkeeper Orlando Jesco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jose Gau. 45 minutes into the match, Campichuelo's goal looked a bit too open when Victoriano Gorbea came free, but Romulo Bastiaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Victoriano Gorbea was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Salvador Fidencio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mattew's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Campichuelo the free kick. In the 53rd minute, Salvador Fidencio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 54th minute of the match Francisco Perrando sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Orlando Jesco skillfully saved the ball. Jose Gau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Orlando Jesco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Salvador Fidencio hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Adolfo Gaufred managed to get in a good position for a shot. Campichuelo's supporters rose to their feet, but Adolfo Gaufred was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Orlando Jesco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Adolfo Gaufred sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Mattew's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Orlando Jesco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jose Gau, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 78thth minute of the game Basilio Bela who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mattew's Orlando Jesco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Adolfo Gaufred received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Orlando Jesco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Campichuelo's zone, Victoriano Gorbea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Romulo Bastiaro came out of the goal and Victoriano Gorbea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Orlando Jesco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adolfo Gaufred in the 86th minute of play. If Bernabe Quintun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Campichuelo's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
