Spectators: 7220 (Terracing: 5416, Seating: 1661, VIP seats: 143) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rene Umbruso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 16 minutes into the match, Apóstoles FC's goalkeeper Roberto Blanco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by David Oton. Joe FC's David Oton got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 22nd minute, Freddy Sanduru left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Joe FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alejandro Gai during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 26th minute, Alejandro Gai hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bruno Nuno charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bruno Nuno the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 29 played minutes Apóstoles FC got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Nuno. In the 30th minute, David Oton got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Apóstoles FC's Ulises Mino got a free kick in the 33rd minute. If David Oton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 39th minute, Venancio Erroman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rene Umbruso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osvaldo Obeko in the 41st minute of play. In the 46th play minute Freddy Sanduru came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Roberto Blanco. 2-0.

The wind increased when Osvaldo Obeko made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, Apóstoles FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albino Cordario to maneuver through the defense. In the 53rd minute, David Oton got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Carmelo Porfirio's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 57thth minute, Rene Umbruso skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Freddy Sanduru got in the 62nd a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Roberto Blanco handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. A collision led to Joe FC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Saul Itzaina hit a great ball. Roberto Blanco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Oton in the 74th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Apóstoles FC's Ulises Mino got a free kick in the 75th minute. Rene Umbruso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osvaldo Obeko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, David Oton managed to get in a good position for a shot. Joe FC's supporters rose to their feet, but David Oton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roberto Blanco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 84 minutes into the match, Joe FC's goal looked a bit too open when Osvaldo Obeko came free, but Rene Umbruso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alejandro Gai was shown his second yellow card after 84 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to Joe FC getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Alejandro Gai hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Osvaldo Obeko's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rene Umbruso was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Osvaldo Obeko took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Rene Umbruso to make any attempt to save it. Carmelo Porfirio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
