Tomás Claude showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damaso Restu, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. If Arnaldo Astudillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bernabe Veto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Orlando Jesco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guillermo Sotil in the 25th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Tarea Fina FC defense, Victoriano Gorbea kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tomás Claude. The Tarea Fina FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tomás Claude should have stopped the shot. In the 82ndth minute of the game Romeo Roldanillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mattew's Orlando Jesco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mattew's Orlando Jesco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romeo Roldanillo in the 88th minute of play. Guillermo Sotil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 94 played minutes Mattew got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Txema. Romeo Roldanillo struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Orlando Jesco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tarea Fina FC. The Tarea Fina FC manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Mattew to win.
