An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulino Tebaldo in the 10th minute of play forced Freyre's goalkeeper Laureano Lugo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Laureano Lugo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Ramos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Freyre's Benigno Ponc got a free kick in the 34th minute. A collision led to Panaholma FC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Victor Richie hit a great ball. A hard shot by Higinio Cilio from long distance, 40 minutes into the match, got Candido Qwinton's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Gabriel Jaizki recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gabriel Jaizki's late challenge caught a Panaholma FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gabriel Jaizki helped the player get up and apologised. In the 45th match minute, Freyre was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabriel Jaizki to maneuver through the defense. Carlos Ramos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laureano Lugo having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Laureano Lugo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlos Ramos in the 55th minute. Gabriel Jaizki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Freyre getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Erasmo Patxi hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Freyre's Benigno Ponc got a free kick in the 81st minute. After some careless play in the Panaholma FC defense, Leonides Florinio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Candido Qwinton. The Panaholma FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Candido Qwinton should have stopped the shot. Carlos Ramos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 98th minute of the match, but Laureano Lugo made a huge save. Freyre's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
