Mariano Jerrald showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Freddy Sanduru, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Roberto Kaxen might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rene Umbruso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Roberto Kaxen ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 63rd match minute, Joe FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Urbano Loren to maneuver through the defense. Rene Umbruso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aquiles Oriche, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. OLIMPO BAHIA BLANCA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Joe FC the free kick. Roberto Kaxen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Rene Umbruso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Aquiles Oriche could shoot a difficult shot in the 84th minute, which Rene Umbruso however easily saved by the left post. Aquiles Oriche who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 93rdth minute tested the skills of Rene Umbruso when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Despite being the better team, OLIMPO BAHIA BLANCA failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
