When Amancio Rodriguez came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Gigante Futbol Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amancio Rodriguez couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Carolo Chumo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gigante Futbol Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Carolo Chumo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Victor Uxio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Amancio Rodriguez might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Victor Uxio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Amancio Rodriguez ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 38th minute, Amancio Rodriguez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gigante Futbol Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Ildefonso Karlo might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Victor Uxio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. In the 44th minute, Constantino Jorrin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 47 minutes into the match, Carolo Chumo notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Tu papa carreño gil's Victor Uxio. Victor Uxio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arnulfo Maureo to make the kick off. In a very dangerous position, a player in Tu papa carreño gil fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 53rd minute. Penalty! Victor Uxio made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Amancio Rodriguez sent off a good shot on target. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Tu papa carreño gil's goalkeeper Victor Uxio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Sergio Txomin fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tu papa carreño gil's protests and gave Sergio Txomin a yellow card for diving instead. Sergio Txomin kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Amancio Rodriguez might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Victor Uxio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gigante Futbol Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristo Alvarez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After having played for 95 minutes, Amancio Rodriguez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gigante Futbol Club played a much better game than Tu papa carreño gil and deserved their victory. The Tu papa carreño gil players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
